The project of the residential complex consists of two independent buildings. The biggest design challenge was to fit both volumes into two very different urban contexts. The larger building was erected on the frontage of a busy street, on the edge of the historic center of Krakow, smaller and definitely more intimate, facing the Vistula boulevards and Wawel, is an attempt to create a “waterfront” building. Both buildings with a total usable area of 5,300 m2 have 67 apartments and 3 commercial premises. 84 parking spaces are located in the underground garages.

There is a courtyard between the buildings, opening from the west to the silver linden, a nature monument, which completes the character of the urban interior.
